o Building Area: 1,800 sq ft (167.225 sq m) Library Addition o Usage: The Municipality of Oliver Paipoonge had approached our company to prepare a design proposal package for their building. The library was previously housed in a small space on the second floor of the community centre and the municipality wanted to create more space for their users. We prepared a design proposal package, which was then used as a tender package. We were awarded the contract and began work immediately. The Municipality is extremely pleased with the addition along with the surrounding community.
